356 W 18th St
Tucson, Arizona
The architecture of this new 1,730 square foot home incorporates both historic and contemporary building traditions and materials. Behind the relatively private facade, the plan is contemporary and open, organized around a central courtyard. A roof deck offers panoramic views of downtown and the mountainsbeyond. The house is designed to be resource-efficient, low in energy consumption, and high in indoor air quality. It has been certified by the City of Tucson's Green Building Program.
