We designed a comprehensive renovation for this 840 square foot, 12th floor apartment in a landmark 1965 high-rise. A reorganized floor plan improves functionality, and built-ins maximize storage. An original shared bathroom with three doors was split into two separate bathrooms; space in a mechanical chase was incorporated into the shower. The small second bedroom functions as a study. The kitchen is open to the living / dining area.
